  • Play Space Admission: Enjoy access to the play space for up to 10 guests (you can add more if needed—total room capacity is 24 people).
  • Private Party Room: Celebrate in style with a 2-hour rental of your very own party room, complete with a dedicated party host and CoComelon-themed plates, cups, napkins, and utensils.
  • Character Visit: Surprise your party guests with a 15-minute visit from your favorite Cocomelon character—choose JJ, Nina, or Cody!
  • Party Socks: Each child (12 years and under) will receive their very own pair of socks for playtime fun.
  • Custom Party Display: Your party room will feature a personalized digital display to make the day even more special!
  • Package Policy: The base package is set and cannot be modified at this time.

Booking Requirements

Let’s make your little one’s special day magical! Parties need to be booked at least 2 weeks in advance, so don’t wait too long—JJ and friends are ready to celebrate!

Here’s how it works:

  1. Pick Your Date & Time: Choose the perfect party slot.
  2. Guest List: Hosting a crowd? Your party includes up to 10 people (including the birthday star!), but you can add up to 14 more guests for a total of 24 party pals.
  3. Personalize Your Party: Fill out a quick questionnaire and pick from yummy add-ons like food, drinks, and desserts.
  4. Submit your request: Submit your party request by entering in your credit card info, and our events team will review.

Once we receive your request, our team will review it within 3 business days. If everything looks good, we’ll confirm your booking and charge a 50% deposit to lock it in. The rest will be due when you arrive for the big day!

Party Rules to Keep the Fun Rolling!

Shoes Off, Socks On:
Our party space is a shoe-free zone—socks are a must for all the fun!

Nut-Free Zone:
JJ and friends want everyone to stay safe, so no nuts, please!

No Alcoholic Beverages:
This party is all about kid-friendly fun! Adults are 13 and Older: Grown-ups, grab your tickets if you’re 13 or up!

Arrive Early:
You can arrive 15 minutes before your party time to set up and get ready for the celebration! We Handle Cleanup: Sit back and enjoy—our team will take care of the mess so you don’t have to!

Decorations:
Bring a few fun extras, but no taping or mounting on the walls, please.

No Balloons:
Sorry, no balloons allowed per Mall of America rules—but there’s still plenty of fun to go around!

No Candles:
For everyone’s safety, we can’t allow candles.

Keep an Eye on Belongings:
We’re not responsible for lost or stolen items, so hold on tight to your belongings!

Party Time Limits:
After your 2-hour party, you’ve got a 15-minute grace period to wrap up. Any additional time spent in the room will result in a $250 fee.

Supervision is Key:
We recommend one adult for every four kiddos to keep the fun running smoothly!

Need to cancel or reschedule?

Change of Plans? No Problem!

We get it—things happen! Here’s how cancellations and reschedules work in our party world:

Full Deposit Back:
Cancel your party at least 3 business days in advance, and we’ll happily return your full deposit—no worries!

Reschedule Fee:
Need to change the date but it’s less than 3 business days before the party? No problem! A $150 rescheduling fee will apply, and we’ll help you pick a new date for all the fun.

Last-Minute Cancellations:
If you cancel less than 3 business days before your party and don’t reschedule, unfortunately, your deposit won’t be refunded.
